This equation is a linear equation. Its graph is a line. In fact, since each $x$-coordinate is constant ($x=-3$), the line is a vertical line.

Any point with $x=-3$ is a solution, e.g., $(-3,-2)$, $(-3,0)$, and $(-3,4)$. Plot the points and sketch the line that passes through them.
